Our Oklahoma City campus is a bustling hub of activity, comprising Distribution Warehousing, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Transportation, and Corporate departments. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Industrial Engineering team as a Transportation Logistics Analyst. About the Role As a Transportation Logistics Analyst at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation fleet. You will work closely with managers to identify and prioritize business needs, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop and maintain complex spreadsheets. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Blithequark Transportation Fleet, ensuring efficient and effective operations Collaborate with managers to define and prioritize enterprise needs, developing solutions to optimize transportation logistics Integrate data from multiple sources across various database platforms to inform business decisions Design, build, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze transportation metrics Develop and implement process improvements to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce costs Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address transportation-related issues Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in a data analysis or logistics role, preferably in a transportation setting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with managers and team members Ability to pass a background check and drug test Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with Microsoft Access or other database management systems Typing and 10-key skills, with high accuracy and efficiency Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or logistics software Knowledge of logistics and transportation principles, including fleet management and route optimization What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits: At Blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Comprehensive training and onboarding program Access to cutting-edge technology and tools Why Join Blithequark?
