As a Translation Program Specialist, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with internal stakeholders and translation vendors to deliver high-quality translations that meet the needs of our global organization. **Key Responsibilities** As a Translation Program Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Receiving daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders * Creating and managing translation projects in the blithequark Translation Management System (BTMS) by outsourcing to vendors * Coordinating and communicating project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs * Troubleshooting issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements * Responding to linguistic queries from translation vendors. Requesting feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinating with vendors for implementation * Using project management methodology, including risk management; plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business **Ideal Candidate** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a proven track record in project management and localization.
