**Experienced Translation Program Specialist – Global Localization and Project Management**

As a Translation Program Specialist, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with internal stakeholders and translation vendors to deliver high-quality translations that meet the needs of our global organization. **Key Responsibilities** As a Translation Program Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Receiving daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders * Creating and managing translation projects in the blithequark Translation Management System (BTMS) by outsourcing to vendors * Coordinating and communicating project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs * Troubleshooting issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements * Responding to linguistic queries from translation vendors. Requesting feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinating with vendors for implementation * Using project management methodology, including risk management; plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business **Ideal Candidate** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a proven track record in project management and localization. The ideal candidate will have: * 2+ years of experience in project management and localization * Excellent business communication skills * Experience working in a global, cross-functional, multilingual team * Proven ability to learn new software, concepts, and processes * Strong attention to detail * Passion for intercultural communication * Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask * Ability to work independently with little oversight * Ability to ask critical questions to comprehend customer needs and discover the root cause of issues * Fluency in one or more non-English languages * Comprehension of translation/localization industry processes * Knowledge of localization tools, translation management systems, and working knowledge of content management systems **What We Offer** As a Translation Program Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic, global team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality translations that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
