Our mission is to advance patient care and clinical workflows, and we are seeking talented individuals like you to help us achieve our vision. **Position Overview** As a Tier 1 Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our end-users, including physicians, nurses, and system administrators. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, and will work closely with our customer success, integration, and technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
