Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for conducting port quality audits and vehicle inspections at our Philadelphia, PA location. This is not a remote position, and you will be required to work on-site. As a Test Driver and Vehicle Inspector, you will utilize various tools and applications to perform daily tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to: Utilizing the Port Audit Website and Port Audit Data Collection Tool Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to report audit findings Conducting vehicle test drives and inspections, including tire pressure, gap, and flushness checks Using an automotive lift for vehicle underbody inspections Updating tools and equipment as needed Reviewing repair lots daily and completing layer audits of the inspection process Conducting special audits of load line vehicles and rail audits Key Responsibilities As a Test Driver and Vehicle Inspector, your key responsibilities will include: Performing quality audits on vehicles, completing 25-30 audits per day for various areas Submitting all audit results obtained during the workday before leaving for the day Reporting weekly findings on all daily audits at the end of each week and month Keeping trend charts on assigned models and providing other various reports as needed Providing accurate and timely information reports generated by project personnel when requested Education and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be a high school graduate, with a Bachelor's degree preferred Have a clear driving record Have experience in automotive quality control/quality assurance, preferred Be able to work outside in all-weather conditions and travel as needed Be able to work well with others and independently Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to learn and utilize various tools and applications, including the Port Audit Website and Port Audit Data Collection Tool Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
