Maintain and update records in various software tools, utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving inconsistencies as needed. Assist with organizing and categorizing electronic files and documents, utilizing your excellent organizational and time-management skills. Perform basic data cleaning tasks, applying your analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Support the IT department with administrative tasks as needed, providing general support for IT-related projects and initiatives. Follow data privacy and security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive information, demonstrating your ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred. Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in an IT or technical environment, is essential. You will also demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational and time-management skills. The following skills and qualifications are required: Immediate Excel skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools and systems.
