Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our EnergIIZE and CIC teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing a catalog of all documents contained within the EnergIIZE SharePoint site library, assisting in the creation and development of a new SharePoint website, and executing CRM data entry from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce. This is a remote position that will report to the Document Control Specialist, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clean transportation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing a comprehensive catalog of all EnergIIZE SharePoint site library documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Support the Clean Fuels & Infrastructure team to enable the broader SharePoint strategy, contributing to the development of a new SharePoint website. Execute CRM data entry from Excel sheets into Salesforce, managing data with precision and efficiency. Manage task assignments and individual workload for day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Assist in the design, implementation, and review of SharePoint solutions, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. Support the Clean Fuels & Infrastructure team to enable the broader SharePoint strategy, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with a strong foundation in data management and analysis. At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, with the ability to navigate and manage SharePoint sites and libraries. Proficiency with other Microsoft 365 Apps and Services, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management skills, with the ability to work remotely in a team-driven environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to execute data entry and management tasks with ease. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. Experience working in a remote team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Certifications or training in data management, analysis, or related fields, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Compensation and Benefits The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $35.21, with pay typically ranging from $25.00-$27.40, depending on job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.
