Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be working part-time as an Innovation Investigator Understudy within the Innovation Office, with the opportunity to enroll in various teams, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, People and Finance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of applications used by our teams, including airline stewards and pilots, by testing and providing feedback on new changes. You will also be responsible for metrics to showcase progress and keep management informed about the testing process. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental standards Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Teams Participate in systems and acceptance testing Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You should also have a basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement, as well as a basic understanding of the technical environment. Additionally, you should be open to Agile methodologies and have essential knowledge of project management processes. Preferred Qualifications Past investigator internship experience within the past year Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement Basic understanding of the technical environment Openness to Agile methodologies Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
