Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for synthesizing and chunking multiple sources of information into knowledge management categories, creating procedural, process, and conceptual information for an insurance operations area. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures for the insurance operations area, ensuring that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our clients Apply established writing guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and quality in all documentation Accept feedback from multiple sources and work through ambiguities to ensure that documentation is accurate and effective Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the development of a positive and productive team culture Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring that documentation is delivered on time and to a high standard Utilize MS Office products and authoring tools in a content management system to create and manage documentation Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Technical Writing Minimum 5 years of proven experience working with subject matter experts to create assets that simplify product capabilities Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise documentation Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data intelligence to influence decisions and refine strategies Experience and knowledge in either the Insurance industry or the Investment industry Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Team experience, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Proofreading and copy editing experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality Prior experience working with knowledge management systems, with a strong understanding of how to create and manage documentation in a content management system Specific technical writing skillset, with experience writing procedures and processes for operational areas Skills and Competencies Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data intelligence to influence decisions and refine strategies Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the development of a positive and productive team culture Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders Ability to accept feedback and work through ambiguities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality documentation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Adecco, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
