Work with a global team of Engineers, Product teams, content strategists, and other technical writers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement customer-focused solutions, using the customer as our North Star. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or equivalent sensible experience. Experience in technical writing, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality content. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Writing, Engineering, or a scientific-related field. 1+ year of experience in technical writing, with a focus on cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
