**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Technical Support / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
* Offering additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and meet their needs
* Delivering expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships through effective communication and empathy
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and providing effective support
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities
* Technical support experience preferred, with knowledge of hardware, software, and client products
* High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements and stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers and internet testing
