**The Role**
As a Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our customers, helping them navigate the features and functionalities of QuickBooks. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer concerns, and deliver exceptional service that meets our high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with QuickBooks, researching and providing resolutions to questions and problems
* Troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking
* Solve unstructured problems that require conceptual thinking skills
* Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
* Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
* Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
**Ideal Candidate**

* Curious and eager to learn, with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

**Education Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years of age
