Key Responsibilities As a Technical Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist at Workwarp, you will be responsible for providing a full range of personnel management technical advice, assistance, and related services to management officials and employees. Your key responsibilities will include: Source potential candidates on niche platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards to find the best talent for our company. Screen, interview, and place potential workers in various roles, ensuring the best fit for our team and the company's needs. Meet with management officials at all levels to discuss personnel management problems and provide alternative solutions to meet their needs. Participate in task groups as required and conduct personnel management studies and analyses to complete projects related to specialized fields of personnel management. Utilize your expertise in sourcing non-IT candidates, such as admin, clerical, legal, and paralegal positions, to support our company's diverse hiring needs. Provide technical pay administration duties, including setting and adjusting pay for new and continuing employees, implementing pay schedule adjustments, and applying single agency authorities where applicable. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in non-IT recruiting, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in admin, clerical, legal, and paralegal positions. 5 years of experience in sourcing on Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job boards, with a strong understanding of how to utilize these platforms to find top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with management officials, employees, and candidates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide alternative solutions to meet management's needs. Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Government or federal government experience, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector. Experience working with human resources information systems and/or occupational analysis, with a strong understanding of how to apply this knowledge to drive business growth. Certifications or training in recruitment, human resources, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
