About This Job We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization. Your exceptional analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills will enable you to drive process improvements and make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reasonable experience 3 years of experience in program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward shared objectives Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects, and managing competing demands. Your ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, will be essential to driving project success.
