About the Job We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you will utilize your technical expertise to drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, and develop project plans that meet business needs. Your excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills will enable you to drive process improvement, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions that impact the business. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive growth Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the team to drive impact and work towards shared goals Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reasonable experience 3 years of experience in program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating data sets using SQL Excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside the team to drive impact and work towards shared goals Strong technical skills, including programming languages, data structures, and software engineering principles Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
