Key Responsibilities
Development Expertise: Utilize your 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer to develop software solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET, REST API design and development, OOPs, and Angular/React.
Technical Leadership: Leverage your 2+ years of experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a highly motivated technical workforce to drive team success and growth.
Automation and Testing: Apply your strong experience with Test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Recruitment and Team Building: Demonstrate your experience in interviewing, recruiting, hiring, assessing, and retaining technical personnel to build and maintain a high-performing team.
Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of learning and continuous improvement for both individual and team development, participating in evaluating technologies and coordinating technology vendor relationships.

Essential Qualifications
