About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Manager to join our team at Google Cloud, where you will play a critical role in driving the company's cybersecurity and threat intelligence efforts. As a Technical Lead Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital protection, and will work closely with clients to understand their security and functional conditions to drive navigation and specific activity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of experts in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital protection
Work closely with clients to understand their security and functional conditions to drive navigation and specific activity
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and solutions to protect clients' digital assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and ensure timely delivery of results
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service


Essential Qualifications

Experience in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital protection in a client-facing environment
Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
Experience in managing teams, introducing, and answering to various crowds including executives
US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI inside a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
Comprehension of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to coach and tutor new CTI colleagues
Ability to correspond raw insight from sensors, incident response commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical crowds
Ability to take complex, ambiguous themes, build methodology, and impact partners


Skills and Competencies

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse crowds
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats
