**Experienced Technical Customer Support Representative – Remote Customer Service**

If you're a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **About the Role:** As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware * Providing email, chat, and telephone support to end-users experiencing technical difficulties * Applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems * Guiding users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions * Identifying and escalating support situations requiring urgent attention * Tracking and routing support requests via computerized ticketing system; thoroughly documenting resolutions * Staying current with product upgrades, system information, and business updates * Collaborating with other team members to research and resolve problems * Performing other related duties as assigned **Schedule:** We're flexible and offer a variety of schedules to accommodate your needs. Our ideal candidate will be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, preferably from 10am to 6pm CT.
