Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers and providing top-tier technical support to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently.As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel safe and supported. We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $18, with opportunities for growth and increases up to $21 per hour based on performance and schedule. Primary Responsibilities Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries from customers Provide top-tier support to all customers, with a goal of first-call resolution Educate customers on system installation, use, and troubleshooting Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happiness Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns Make outbound calls to current customers to address issues, as needed What You'll Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values.These include: Proven success in a phone-based customer service or call center position Ability to understand and determine root causes of customer issues Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for consumer electronics Proven record of outstanding attendance and timeliness in a structured environment Strong work ethic and drive to contribute to company goals Clear and effective phone communication skills to ensure all customer issues are resolved Ability to work independently and in a team setting Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and excellent time management skills Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness for continuous improvement Strong commitment to customer happiness and satisfaction Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and experience listed above, you must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for use in conducting a national criminal records search and a Virginia criminal history search, and final certification approval from DCJS.Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
