Experienced Tax and Audit Associate

By managing these administrative and financial functions, we enable clients to dedicate more time to growing and strengthening their core businesses.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for an Experienced Tax and Audit Associate. The associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing tax returns and financial statements, performing audits and financial reviews, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting financial consulting, providing finance-related insights, and supporting clients in meeting their accounting and audit needs. Qualifications • Proficient in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Analysis • Proficient in tax preparation for small businesses, including 1040 Sch C and 1120S • Strong understanding of Finance, with demonstrated Analytical Skills • Experience in Auditing, including Financial Audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience in tax preparation or audit roles is a must • Certifications such as CPA or equivalent are a plus Apply tot his job
