Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with client managers to understand their specific hiring requirements and providing regular updates on application progress Guiding drivers through the application process for client and carrier positions, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time Organizing and managing orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements, and addressing any unforeseen challenges that may arise Performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing additional support to the team as needed Utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines Providing exceptional customer service to drivers and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
