Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Student Information System (SIS) Administrator to join our team, providing expert support to our educational partners' administrative software, Anthology. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a liaison between functional users, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving the adoption of new functionality. Your exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and collaborative approach will enable you to make a significant impact in this role. Key Responsibilities Provide functional leadership and technical expertise to support all day-to-day operations and new functionality for Anthology, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption. Deliver exceptional customer service, researching, resolving, and responding to partner inquiries accurately and timely, and escalating issues as necessary. Collaborate with functional units to establish production schedules, resolve technology issues, and assist with report generation, ensuring seamless workflow processes. Assist functional departments in complying with regulatory requirements, rules, and procedures for client information systems, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulatory changes. Analyze existing processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions and enhancements to drive business process optimization. Develop and maintain effective system documentation, ensuring that all processes and procedures are well-documented and easily accessible. Build trusted partnerships with key client resources, assisting in identifying future roadmap items and driving clients' future state business processes. Identify and implement third-party non-Anthology solutions when necessary, ensuring seamless integration with Anthology and related systems. Essential Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as an Anthology Functional Analyst, with a proven track record of successfully implementing, maintaining, and supporting Anthology, Financial Aid, Student Accounts/Business Office, and Accounting. Demonstrated experience in providing high-level customer service, with the ability to communicate proactively and effectively to a wide range of audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use critical thinking to solve new problems and challenges as they arise. Demonstrated proficiency in translating business requirements into system concepts and supporting requirements documentation. Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of SIS Administration experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a higher education institution, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by colleges and universities. Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements, with experience in maintaining compliance and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Experience with report writing and development, with the ability to gather requirements and ensure business validation. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, with experience in Anthology and related systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
