Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes with precision and care Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching journey, promoting a positive and welcoming environment Build and maintain a strong StretchLab membership base, driving client retention and acquisition through exceptional service Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules Participate in staff meetings, educational presentations, and ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices Address member concerns and collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to drive studio growth Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client engagement and retention Keep equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure a seamless client experience Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed as a Stretch Therapist / Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need: A certification or state licensure in a relevant field, such as massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction Experience working in a fitness or healthcare environment where you provided hands-on training and guidance to clients Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies Availability to complete our comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training Preferred Qualifications: Adding an Extra Layer of Expertise While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment or a related field Knowledge of stretching techniques, mobility, and flexibility training A strong understanding of client needs and preferences What We Offer: Career Growth, Support, and a Rewarding Work Environment At StretchLab, we're committed to your success and well-being.
