Job Highlights: Position: Stretch Expert Mobility Specialist - Health & Wellness Guru Location: Remote with a base in Fremont, CA Company: StretchLab Fremont Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: A competitive salary ranging from $25-$30 per hour Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Stretching Experiences As a Stretch Expert Mobility Specialist at StretchLab Fremont, you will be responsible for: Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as leading guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions to achieve their goals Building StretchLab membership and retaining current clientele through sales and outreach to leads Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments Ensuring the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest developments Handling member concerns when applicable and providing exceptional customer service Assisting Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Maintaining a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention Cleaning and maintaining all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time Requirements: The Ideal Candidate To succeed as a Stretch Expert Mobility Specialist at StretchLab Fremont, you should: Have a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a love for the boutique fitness environment Possess previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor Have experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients Hold a fitness certification (e.g., personal training, yoga, Pilates) Be able to create a positive environment that welcomes all people and exudes empathy Have fantastic communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals Demonstrate a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies Be available to complete our Nationally Accredited Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 4+ days of in-person/hands-on training What We Offer: Career Growth and a Supportive Community At StretchLab Fremont, we're committed to your career growth and development.
