As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth and innovation. **Responsibilities** As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for professional services, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's goals and objectives. * Building and maintaining relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify top-tier partner companies. * Leading deal negotiations, including RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations, to optimize value and minimize risk. * Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing and procurement. * Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and drive business growth. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute performance control applications, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost. * Ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices. * Communicating and documenting key relationships with external partners to inform planning and decision-making. * Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and drive business growth. * Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders. * Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria. * Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services, adhering to TWDC policies and procedures. * Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to achieve best value. * Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation strategies using Strategic Sourcing methodology. * Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration. * Understand and support the development and execution of performance control applications with providers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost. * Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices. * Communicate and document key relationships with external partners to inform planning and decision-making. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and drive business growth. **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in professional services sourcing. * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels. * Strong strategic agility, analytical skills, and written and oral communication skills. * Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment. * Internal client awareness and ability to work in various environments. * Ability to handle ambiguity and knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes. * Basic legal terms and conditions, entertainment industry trends and situations, and proven experience with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services. * Professional services sourcing history, consulting/advisory history, or experience working with the legal department on boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions. **Required Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. * Collaborative and inclusive work environment. * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. * Generous paid time off and holidays. * Access to arenaflex's state-of-the-art facilities and resources. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced strategic sourcing professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
