As a key member of this team, you will oversee the successful execution of store remodels across various locations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. About the Role The Store Project Coach role is a critical component of Walmart's Realty Execution team, responsible for managing the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. As a Store Project Coach, you will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and work closely with store associates to ensure that projects are completed on schedule. This role requires frequent travel, with approximately 80% of the year spent at various work locations. Key Responsibilities Owns and has accountability for Realty execution projects, ensuring scope of work is completed, and project timelines and deliverables are met. Leads the implementation of project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, plan, and execute project initiatives. Directs associates and vendors on processes and procedures, reviewing new modular plans, and planning merchandise placement based on modular requirements. Monitors sales and project budgets, assessing economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions, and creating sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective schedules. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area (or 3 years' experience in a related field without a degree). Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design. Experience with managing projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Leading a cross-functional team. Masters: Business. Project Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute).
