Job Highlights Position: Experienced Store Manager - Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago $35/hour Company: Workwarp in partnership with Starbucks Location: Remote (with potential for in-store collaboration) Compensation: A competitive salary of $35/hour Start Date: Immediate openings available Key Responsibilities As a Store Manager at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago, you'll be responsible for driving business success, building high-performing teams, and creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Driving sales growth and revenue through effective business acumen, expertise, and problem-solving skills Developing and leading a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development Inspiring and motivating others to achieve their best and drive results through teamwork and collaboration Building strong relationships with the local community to create meaningful moments and experiences for our customers and partners Managing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and store maintenance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Retail or customer service management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make decisions that drive business results High school diploma or equivalent required Valid documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work in the country Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: US Military service experience Experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment Business or management education Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong business acumen and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities At Starbucks, we're committed to helping our partners grow and develop their careers.
