About the Role The Stocking Coach Leader is a key position within our store operations team, responsible for leading and developing a team of associates to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop Teams: Teach, train, and actively listen to associates; tour stores and provide feedback to improve performance; communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, business initiatives, and company direction. Exceptional Customer Service: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards; manage and support customer service initiatives; ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Drive Sales and Financial Performance: Review and evaluate P&L statements; manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitor and ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow. Supervise and Develop Hourly Associates: Hire, train, and mentor associates; assign duties; set clear expectations; provide associate recognition; communicate expectations consistently and effectively. Coordinate and Complete Job-Related Activities: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives. Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Implement company policies and procedures; utilize and support the Open Door Policy; provide direction and guidance on applying company values and standards of ethics and integrity. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications The following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
