About the Role: Instructor - After School Program We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and Sports Instructors to join our team. As an Instructor with KidzToPros, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students aged 4 to 18. Our programs are designed to be engaging, interactive, and fun, ensuring that kids develop a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Guide kids through STEAM and Sports-related activities, encouraging exploration and creativity. Teach the fundamentals of various activities, from basic to advanced skills, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. Foster teamwork and collaboration among students, promoting valuable life skills. Manage classes efficiently, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Participate in our diverse range of programs, including Wonder Robotics, Creative Arts, Digital Arts, Chess, Coding Game Design, LEGO Robotics, Python Coding Bootcamp, Digital 3D Modeling, Improv Comedy, Dance, Sports, and more. Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in STEM, Arts, or Sports education. A passion for teaching and coaching, with a proven track record of inspiring students. Ability to work with students in grades K-8. Efficient class management skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or State ID. Availability to work between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a primary focus on 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Ability to lift and carry ~20-50 lbs. on an occasional basis with or without accommodations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with KidzToPros programs or similar after-school enrichment initiatives. Background in education, youth development, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in STEAM or Sports education. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs. Creativity and enthusiasm in program delivery. Strong organizational and time management skills.
