About the START Program The START program is a comprehensive 16-week training initiative that combines in-class theory, hands-on labs, and self-paced learning to develop your technical skills and soft skills. You will work collaboratively with a team, engage in instructor-led training, and shadow experienced technicians at Tesla service centers to gain practical experience. Our program is designed to foster a "safety first" culture, and we prioritize your growth and development throughout the training period.
