About the Role: Senior Store Manager As a Senior Store Manager at Starbucks, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our store by leading a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building a strong sense of community. You'll be the face of Starbucks in Bakersfield, and we'll empower you with the skills, knowledge, and resources you need to succeed. Essential Qualifications: Retail/customer care management experience or significant experience in a sales-driven environment. Strong organizational, relational, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-centered climate. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and coach team members for professional growth. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Military service experience. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
