Key Responsibilities

Build solutions that drive direct business impact and shape our long-term technical vision
Collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to build cutting-edge financial products and services
Contribute to the development of our financial operating system, working on real-world projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Learn from experienced engineers and contribute to the growth and development of our Engineering team
Participate in code reviews, ensuring that our codebase is of high quality and adheres to industry best practices
Collaborate with other teams, including Product, Design, and Operations, to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers


Essential Qualifications

Graduating from a BA/BS program in 2024, with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn from others
Experience working with backend programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, or Python
Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases, and familiarity with database design principles
Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with experts in product, design, and operations, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle
Familiarity with functional programming languages, and experience working with cloud computing systems and services
Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with corporate financial systems or concepts, and a strong understanding of the financial technology industry
