Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, customer support, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms, including best practices, trends, and platform changes
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience with customer support software, including Zendesk or similar platforms
