As a Social Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our online presence. **Responsibilities:** As a Social Media Manager at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Creating new email addresses and social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) following our guidelines * Uploading profile photos and completing account profile details * Account Warm-Up: logging in and interacting with relevant content for the first 3 days to establish natural activity before official posting begins * Daily Posting & Engagement: posting 3 times a day, every day, on both TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube * Creating content, writing captions (if needed), and scheduling drafts on your phone * Maintaining authentic engagement by scrolling through the niche for 5 minutes per post **Time Commitment:** We understand that time is valuable, and we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the time commitment required for this role. Here's a breakdown of the estimated time commitment: * Week 1: Estimated 4-5 hours (includes account setup, initial warm-up, and getting all draft content ready) * Subsequent Weeks: Estimated 2-3 hours each week (primarily handling the daily postings and quick engagement) **Why Work With Us:** We are excited to build a long-term partnership with a talented individual like you.
