Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our Client Relationship Management (CRM) group, where you will learn about the application of data for marketing purposes. You will assist our Mission Managers in the development and plan coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and analysis of campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with different arenaflex Specialty Units to gather and prepare/trade resources for campaign execution Develop campaign reports and analyze performance data Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to create email marketing creatives and trade resource expectations Assist with monitoring CRM testing, campaign QA, and providing insights into campaigns from performance data Provide exceptional customer service and support to our social media audience Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and social media Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML Moderate proficiency in Photoshop A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email, and paid search Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Strong communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are desirable: Experience in project management and digital marketing Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Advanced Excel or Tableau Knowledge of email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact Experience with databases, such as SQL or Oracle Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications, such as Adobe XD or Illustrator Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
