Provide customers with clear explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations, ensuring they understand the work being performed and the benefits of recommended services. Document service work performed and maintain accurate records for each job, supporting both in-shop and virtual service interactions. Ensure all equipment meets manufacturer specifications and operates at optimal performance, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Essential Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
