Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Kubernetes and AWS (including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) setups, high availability (HA) configurations, and load balancing strategies to ensure maximum uptime and performance Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar Work with distributed systems like Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Redis, or other in-memory databases to optimize performance and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our systems and processes Essential Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes management and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Proven experience with disaster recovery (DR) setup, high availability (HA) configuration, and load balancing strategies At least 3+ years of experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar Solid experience with distributed systems like Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Redis, or other in-memory databases Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS (including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Exposure to other message brokers or queuing systems is advantageous Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Concentrix, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
