We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Online Architect to join our team and play a vital role in designing and implementing solutions for our organization's SharePoint Online environment. Job Summary As a SharePoint Online Architect at PACCAR, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint Online solutions that meet the organization's business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure the SharePoint Online environment is scalable, secure, and optimized. Key Responsibilities Participate in technical architecture design reviews and provide architecture and design guidance to the development team Lead design sessions, demos, and prototype sessions, testing and training workshops with business users and other IT associates Stay current with SharePoint Online and other M365 development best practices and standards Establish SharePoint Online document management strategies and assist with the migration of content from various sources to the SharePoint Online environment Function as a Lead SharePoint Solutions Architect/Developer and provide general SharePoint Online administration, including site architecture, creation, and maintenance, permissions, external sharing, document handling, etc. Provide end-user support for tickets/issues related to M365 products/apps/services and confer with Microsoft Support to resolve more complex problems Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solution documentation related to configuration, user guides, FAQs, etc. Extend SharePoint Online functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies and support application development teams with SharePoint Online integration as needed Ensure the stability of existing and new Power Automate-based integrations with other platforms and services, as well as the security and compliance to ensure company data is handled appropriately Essential Qualifications 5+ years' experience implementing, deploying, and configuring SharePoint & SharePoint Online environments from the ground up Knowledge of SharePoint Online Security and Compliance related technologies, including retention policies Experience writing and maintaining custom scripts (PowerShell) to install new settings or deployments and remediate issues to support users Strong understanding of Azure AD (Active Directory) Authentication, Azure Storage Tables, Azure logic Apps & Webhooks Experience with Agile and Scrum Master, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps Forms development and assistance to end users Undergraduate degree in Technology, Business, or a related field required Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based technologies and migration of on-premises applications to the cloud Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and firewalls Experience with security and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
