We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer II to join our team and contribute to the success of our Enterprise Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) platform, collaboration technologies, and third-party software. Job Overview As a Service Engineer II, you will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and deploying features, troubleshooting, configuring system integrations, and collaborating with a global team. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of supported products and services. Key Responsibilities Support the Enterprise Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) platform, collaboration technologies (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps), and third-party software. Ensure the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of supported products and services. Leverage ADO for project prioritization of product backlog items. Troubleshoot applications and infrastructure. Build Power Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate flows, data integrations, and develop an understanding of business logic and data requirements. Maintain incident backlog, compliance, and security tasks, and identify ways to automate solutions. Collaborate with vendors and team members to design and build new modules and features for the EHS platform. Leverage best practices to create, update, and maintain run books. Take ownership of service design by driving reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Partner with interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of services and the ability to clearly articulate specific technologies. Drive efficiency by developing scripts and/or automation, and leveraging telemetry data to identify patterns and trends that drive continuous improvement. Resolve issues with services, minimize customer impact, and document solutions that inform ongoing improvements and prevent the recurrence of similar issues. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering. OR equivalent experience. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering. OR equivalent experience. 1+ year of technical experience working with large-scale cloud (e.g., Azure) or distributed systems. 1+ year of experience with SharePoint and Power Platform tools (Power App, Power Automate, etc.). 1+ year of experience with SQL. Experience with Bicep / ARM templates. Experience managing global / enterprise-wide applications. Management Information Systems (MIS), or other industry or product-specific engineering certifications. Experience supporting Environmental, Health and Safety application platforms.
