Job Overview We're looking for a talented and organized individual to oversee schedule coordination and administrative duties for both Home Technology Solutions and No Shorts Electric. As a Service Coordinator/Client Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all jobs are scheduled efficiently and in a timely manner, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time, hourly position, and you will be reporting to our Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities As a Service Coordinator/Client Services Administrator at HTS, your typical day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: Scheduling all installations, service calls, and consultations for both Home Technology Solutions and No Shorts Electric in an efficient and timely manner Communicating with project managers, builders, general contractors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination and execution of jobs Scheduling jobs productively with the proper technicians for each job, each day, and adjusting as needed to ensure timely completion Maintaining close communication with our project managers, technicians, technical support team, and clients throughout each day Answering phones, overseeing and coordinating requests for time offs from our technical professionals, and managing our text message platform and sales inboxes Responding to Google Reviews, assisting with sales and marketing initiatives as needed, and executing tasks that exceed client expectations Managing and coordinating follow-ups for our service ticketing system and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or President Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and schedules Proficiency in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a technical or service-based industry Knowledge of the home technology or electrical services industry Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other administrative tools Certifications or training in customer service, administration, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders Organizational skills: strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Customer service skills: strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and exceeding client expectations Technical skills: proficiency in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a focus on finding ways to improve processes and procedures Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At HTS, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
