In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining actionable roadmaps for assigned FedEx Value Streams. You'll engage with business and technical stakeholders, understand the interrelationship among defined FedEx Value Streams, and articulate the connection between business needs and developed capabilities. Your expertise in functional-specific business strategy and technical solution impact knowledge will enable you to deconstruct complex concepts into smaller, simplified components. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage with stakeholders to understand and document the FedEx strategy for a Value Stream, including target capabilities, current state assessment, and recommendations for a transition plan. * Collaborate with Portfolio Business Architects and IT Architects to apply architectural principles and break down FedEx Portfolio epics into actionable capability groupings for Value Stream teams. * Support the SAFe Value Stream/ART Kanban process and ART Product Management Team by further elaborating Value Stream/ART epics, collaborating on the elaboration of the value stream backlog and Kanban processes, and providing additional architectural definition and guidance for Agile Teams. * Lead collaboration efforts with the Business and IT architecture community to apply architectural principles and translate Value Stream goals and needs into actionable roadmaps. * Actively work with Portfolio Architects to synchronize value stream execution with the strategic roadmap. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline. * Three (3) years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps, deconstructing complex concepts into smaller components, and demonstrating strategic and technical impact on large projects. **Preferred Qualifications** * Exposure to SAFe and Agile environments. * Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, and influential leadership skills. * In-depth knowledge of company operations, and informed awareness of industry and technology trends. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong understanding of business architecture principles and practices. * Experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies. * Strong leadership and collaboration skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
