With a strong focus on customer success, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that drive business outcomes. **The Role** As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for coaching our customers throughout their lifecycle, working collaboratively with the rest of the CX team to ensure customer outcomes. You will define what "good" looks like in terms of adoption plans, post-sales engagement, and recommendations. You will also work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure our customers are getting the most out of our solution.
