Job Summary The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing integration projects with third-party applications and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality integration projects, and providing technical guidance and support to clients. Key Responsibilities Manage integration projects with third-party applications and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality integration projects Work with external clients to set and meet milestones, deliver top-notch integration projects, and provide technical guidance and support Lead a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and engineering teams, to define requirements, test data integrity, and deliver product offerings Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they are properly using Amazon services and APIs, and troubleshooting issues as needed Identify opportunities and take calculated risks to drive growth and improvement, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Amazon services and technologies Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical account management position or a related field A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field SME status in at least one Amazon service (AWS, APIs, etc.) and a strong understanding of the architecture and operational boundaries of third-party applications Experience with technical boundaries and troubleshooting in a distributed system environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders Experience managing remote teams with diverse skills and expertise Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the ideal candidate will have: Experience leading and managing direct reports and teams A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience as an SME and escalation point for project teams, engineers, and internal stakeholders Experience collaborating with multiple functional roles, including Solution Architects, Engineers, and Product Managers A history of managing and troubleshooting technical projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
