Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Management Operations Data Analytics Analyst to join our team. As a strategic thinker and expert communicator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities Analyze data using techniques such as data mining, data modeling, or cost-benefit analysis to identify data and system problems that affect reporting and analytical deliverables Design and create data visualizations in Tableau or other visualization tools to present complex data insights to stakeholders Develop high-quality practices and methodologies to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded Create and optimize processes for data analysis and reporting for internal and external customers Provide subject matter expertise in data extraction, collection, integration, and analysis from multiple data sources Develop streamlined data blending and data manipulation workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency Support the Supply Chain Management Department and internal customers by providing reporting, analysis, dashboard development, and application development Collaborate with team members and across Supply Chain Management on strategic projects to drive business growth and improvement Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Advanced-level experience in analytical, data technology, or data-centric environments Proven expertise in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Architecture Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent Strong understanding of Stakeholders' needs and ability to adapt approach accordingly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate data sharing among External Customers and SCM Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field Certifications in data analysis, data science, or related fields Experience with management of large data sets (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or equivalent knowledge of ETL functionality) Experience leading medium-scale corporate projects Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
