Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Transformation and Innovation

Join arenaflex and be part of a crew that's leading the way With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider areas, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique.This technique includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys, which comprise 40+ studies, translated into over 10 languages, and deployed in more than 20 countries. About the Role As aSenior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology.
