About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistics Architect to join our team, focusing on data entry and live chat operations. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. This includes helping to develop and maintain the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and processing. Develop knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this expertise to define and transform data within the Cornerstone big data platform. Design and build a robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions, utilizing your skills in data modeling and architecture. Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels. Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystem, focusing on process improvement and optimization. Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools, and proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency. Essential Qualifications Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of no less than 3+ years. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups, and experience working in an Agile environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with big data ecosystems, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of data modeling and architecture, with experience designing and implementing robust data models. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
