Proven experience in leading teams of software engineers, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time. Excellent technical skills, with the ability to design, develop, and implement complex software systems. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A graduate degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
