Job Summary blithequark is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Operations - Identity Customer Experience to lead our Client Advanced Character team. Our Client Advanced Character team is at the forefront of understanding our customers and their preferences, working closely with various departments to create a unified and seamless digital experience. Key Responsibilities Support the development of Identity customer experiences across a predetermined client experience space, such as store administration work areas and checkout Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints and identify areas for improvement Design tests for identity capture (e.g., phone number) and develop an execution plan for select experience execution Collaborate with product, field, and analytics teams to develop examinations and participate in cross-functional meetings Oversee tests in the field, send tests in arrangement with blithequark field operations teams, and cooperate with examination to decipher results Suggest and implement upgrades, track progress, and set up and execute reporting structures Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective execution, catch partner needs, and assemble and execute communication intends to key stakeholders Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Organization, Engineering, Operations, or a related field 7+ years in Operations roles, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment 5+ years executing new drives in a store environment Strong and demonstrated ability to influence inside partners Proven insight in executing effective drives Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools Preferred Qualifications Authority of cross-functional teams or undertakings Master's or Ph.D. in Operations Management, Project Management, or related field Project Management - Venture Management Proficient - Accreditation What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits blithequark offers a comprehensive compensation package, including: Competitive salary ($35-45 per year) Performance-based extra honors Medical benefits, including clinical, vision, and dental inclusion Financial benefits, including 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance Paid time benefits, including PTO, sick leave, parental leave, family care leave, and more Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
