Experienced Senior Manager of Analytics Data Platforms for E-commerce Growth – Remote Work Opportunity in Data Entry and Analysis

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager of Analytics Data Platforms, you will lead a team that enables the construction of high-quality Storefront stories on the Wayfair platform by integrating analytics into the DNA of our product and engineering teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of analysts that supports the work of 15+ atomic teams across the platform and customer experience lifecycles
Developing and executing the strategic analytics agenda and delivery roadmap across multiple work streams to release insights and guide the business and technology roadmap
Prioritizing resources, hiring, and team topologies across multiple regions to balance short-term needs with the needs of longer-term initiatives
Building capability to apply new analytical methodologies and techniques to the Storefront space, including reporting on key platform KPIs, measuring new feature adoption and user behaviors, driving quantitative investigations, and modeling the team's impact
Leading the development and expansion of high-quality practices in areas such as structuring analyses, data model architecture, dashboard design, and data visualizations to communicate significant metrics in the systems space
Partnering and influencing senior management across the company to contribute to the strategic agenda of the Storefront Platform
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
A total of 3+ years of experience with a track record (2+ years) of managing platform, product, or business analytics teams
Experience in leveraging A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies for effective product launch measurement
Experience in architecting and delivering impactful data models for effective platform enablement and customer experience optimization
A high comfort level with programming skills in Python and SQL, and experience working with Big Data technology such as BigQuery and visualization tools such as Looker
Ability to condense technical subject matter for non-technical audiences and succinct communication, as well as the ability to handle ambiguity in a dynamic environment with moving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Familiarity with cloud-based systems (ideally GCP)
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and practices
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Technical skills: programming skills in Python and SQL, experience working with Big Data technology such as BigQuery and visualization tools such as Looker
