Job Overview The Senior Manager II, Program Management, eComm will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving change, and making data-driven business decisions to support the growth of our online marketplace. You will be working closely with product and analytics groups to identify opportunities, develop, and execute programs that drive business results. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and developing programs that increase customer and seller satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve the overall online marketplace experience Lead cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and business groups, to develop and execute programs that drive business results Develop and execute start-to-finish programs focused on driving item adoption and seller services tool development Measure, track, and analyze results, report progress, and continuously improve programs Drive informed independent direction and ensure goal achievement by collaborating with senior leaders to identify objectives, success metrics, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business Develop communication strategies and content, educate stakeholders, partners, and executive leadership on program requirements, and create and implement a program management life cycle Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science Proven experience in creating and driving projects, explicitly drivers of growth, working cross-functionally with product and analytics groups Strong presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate with executive-level colleagues Startup attitude: raw, creative, driven, and enthusiastic, with a passion for e-commerce and customer experience Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage ambiguity History of delivering results and ability to demonstrate quantifiable impact on business and customer KPIs Experience making data-driven business decisions to support the development and shaping of programs Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or master's in computer science Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to thrive in a high-speed, startup-like climate Deep understanding of how to engage with and develop exceptional experiences for customers/partners Belief in our mission of saving people money, so they can live better Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
