Position Overview: Senior Manager, Growth Data Engineering
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager to lead our Growth Data Engineering team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of engineers who create analytical datasets that power product, analytical, and data decisions across our Growth and Acquisition strategies, including Monetization, Business Development, and Experimentation initiatives.

What You'll Do
As our Senior Manager, Growth Data Engineering, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Build analytical datasets that provide actionable insights for product development, acquisition strategies, and monetization initiatives
Drive measurement frameworks for digital channel acquisition and monetization strategies, including plans, pricing, visitor analytics, and conversion optimization
Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure rigorous measurement of experimentation results from various visitor and member tests through the acquisition funnel
Collaborate with product teams to design data architectures that inform effective digital product decisions and strategies
Develop and mentor individual contributors to reach their full potential through insightful observation and courageous, honest feedback
Create strong relationships across product, data science, analytics, and engineering leaders and partners that foster collaborative success toward arenaflex's highest priorities
Establish a vision and strategy for your team, using your natural intuition and curiosity to understand business and technology to guide your team by providing meaningful context and inspiration

Competitive Annual Salary: The range for this role is $480,000 - $1,200,000 annually, based on market indicators and your specific work family, background, skills, and experience
